St. Louis Fitness Events & Pop Ups

Hi Reader,

I hope this email finds you warm and cozy despite the snow & freezing cold. I know it seems winter will never end, but I'm here to reassure you that spring is in-fact in the air. A few reasons I know this - 1. My youngest son, who has really bad spring allergies, is already taking preventative medications. 2. A few fitness event providers who host outdoor events in the warmer months are eyeing the start of the season in late March/April - YES!!! Now that Valentine's is behind us, Spring is right ahead. I hope you can sense it too.

A few things to share this week:

  1. I was recently a guest on The Ultimate Blog podcast a few weeks ago and shared the journey I took from Corpoate Career to Blogger so far. The episode is officially LIVE and I would love for you to listen! Read more on the Interview here or listen via these links on Apple Podcasts or on Spotify!
  2. I attended my first YogaBuzz event over the weekend - A Galentine's Yoga + Drag Performance at The Little Bevo in St Louis, MO. This event included a 60 min yoga class, mimosas and performance by local Drag Queen, Sofawnda Cox - what a blast! Yoga Buzz is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that hosts yoga events all over the city - from museums to breweries and beyond! Check out their next event on 3/9 "Beatles Themed Yoga + Trivia" at Das Bevo.

Here are your Top 5 Events this week!

Have a great week!

Best,

Natalie

The 411 from FitnessFoodieSTL Your Monthly Digest from The Blog Hi Reader, This past month had its fair share of curveballs - snow days, home renovation hiccups, the flu, and a water main break at school! Was January nutty for you too?!? With all the insanity life can throw at you, exercise has become the most reliable method to help me manage stress. Nothing clears my head or improves my mood faster than a good sweat session! What's unreliable, however, is my schedule - lately its been hard...

St. Louis Fitness Events & Pop Ups Hi Reader, I hope this email finds everyone well after a slow & snowy start to the week. During this cold time of year, I find myself less motivated to get out of the house. The last several weeks, especially since the kids have been off school, I've been primarily breaking-a-sweat at home, riding my Peloton and testing out some new fitness apps (hope to share more soon). However, I was able to get out for one special fitness event last Friday night. A few...

The 411 from FitnessFoodieSTL Your Monthly Digest from The Blog Hi Reader, Welcome to the December newsletter! As 2024 closes, it's a great time to reflect on what you have accomplished and plan ahead for what you want the new year to bring. One year ago, this Blog was only in draft form. I was nervous to share it with my closest friends and family. This past year, I've learned a ton about writing, website management, content creation and digital marketing. And my appreciation for you -...
